By and large, in our considered opinion, the petitioner herein deserves no leniency from this Court, as the Tribunal has rightly analyzed the evidence on record and restored the findings of the Original Authority. Since there is a finding of fact and no question of law is involved, we are of the view that there is no perversity in the findings of the Tribunal, warranting interference by this Court. In the result, these Writ Petitions are dismissed.
