- Kennel club of India filed a suit challenging the notice issued by the secretary to Tamil Nadu govt commercial taxes and registration department u/s 34 (a) of the TN societies registration act and the orders passed by the IG registration and District Registrar chennai central.
Honble Justice N Sathishkumar on hearing the arguements of Adv R. Srinivas for applicant kennel club of India directed the Respondents not to take any further action till 22/12/2020.
