Nakkiran convicted Allikuttai Radhakrishnan to undergo 4 Weeks Simple imprisonment for each of the 4 charges framed under the Contempts of Court Act and further sentenced him to pay a fine of Rs. 2000 for each charge, today (11-4-2022) in Contempt petition No.1135/2020. The Contempt case was filed against the hundreds of false Public Interest litigation (PIL) filed by Allikuttai Radhakrishnan, over the past several years.
