Today Morning a mention was made by Shri.Sabresh, AoR, Standing Counsel for TN, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court seeking emergent numbering of the matter. The same was resisted by the Opposite Counsel stating that the court orders have been breached not once but thrice and the matter is listed for reporting compliance today before the High court. Just to get over that the emergent mentioning is made. After hearing both the sides the CJI had declined the mentioning and directed the matter will be numbered in the usal course and there is no urgency to hear immediately.
