The ones which have reached are about material irregularities. [10/05, 12:28] sekarreporter1: Singhvi: what crime has the RO committed? Completely misplaced. Obviously there is none! The man doesn’t bother to make the RO decisions or non-decision a part of the writ. Court: What is the procedure to be adopted in such case?
