In the result, this Criminal Revision Case stands allowed and the impugned judgment dated 30.08.2024 passed in C.C.No.12 of 2024 is hereby set aside. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Thoothukudi is directed to restore the case in C.C.No.12 of 2024 to his file. The first respondent police is directed to serve summons to the 7th accused immediately and on such service of summons within the reasonable time, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Thoothukudi is directed to club both the cases in C.C.No.12 of 2024 and C.C.No.485 of 2024 and to proceed with the cases commencing with the supply of copies under Section 207 Cr.P.C.
