20.We, therefore, hold that this writ petition is maintainable.  The learned Single Judge rightly quashed the order of termination passed against the writ petitioner.  Since we dismiss this writ appeal, the writ petitioner has to be necessarily reinstated with all the benefits. 21.This writ appeal is dismissed with the aforesaid directions.  No costs.  Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.          (G.R.S.
