Dr.Thomas moved the Highcourt to get releif and the case got stayed by the Highcourt. *Yesterday 3.11.2022* the final hearing for Quash came up before Honourable *Justice Dr. Jayachandran* , as item No.22 in the court hall 42.*(Crl.RC 890/2021,Crl.Op 4942/2019 & other 7 cases) Senior Counsul Mr.Manishankar argued* well for Dr. Thomas. After hearing the arguments the Justice reserved the orders.
