ORDER
It is the case of the petitioner that the proposed accused herein
had produced a document claiming to be a CDR obtained from a Telecom Company and that the said document has been observed in violation of Section 72 of the IT Act, 2000. It is seen from the record that the proposed accused had produced the said document in the transfer petition filed by him in a case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 instituted by the petitioner against him and that the said petition was dismissed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.41854 of 2023.
2. The respondent shall conduct an enquiry and filed a report as
to whether the proposed accused prepared the document by himself or it was obtained by him from any Telecom Company. The report shall be filed within a period of four weeks.
