[14/05, 14:50] sekarreporter1: I, Sreeradha, a member of the Bar and a woman contestant in the Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Bar Council elections held on 30.03.2026, have approached hon’ble madras high Court to vindicate the faith of the public in the temple of justice. Accordingly, I have filed W.P. (Crl.) No. 1181 of 2026, which is listed today before the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court, Principal Seat at Chennai, seeking a direction for a CBCID enquiry into the unlawful inclusion of excess ballot papers discovered during the counting process at the Bar Council premises, the said matter was listed as item no 20 , after our arguments the bench issued “Notice to the Respondents”
