Lakshminarayanan of #MadrasHighCourt have directed the Chennai District Election Officer (Greater Chennai Corporation Commissioner) to furnish certified copies of Chepauk-Thiruvallikeni MLA Udhayanidhi Stalin’s accepted as well as rejected nomination papers and affidavits to defeated candidate P. Milany so that the latter can file an election petition challenging the victory of the returned candidate.
