Asmj smj bench In view of the detailed discussion supra, we are left in no doubt that the detenu has been unnecessarily targeted by the State and for this reason, while allowing this HCP , we impose costs of Rs.50,000/- payable to the detenu within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
