Answer is not all laws. The constitution allowed two sets of law viz., 1) all colonial law or British made law were continue to force even after the commencement of our Constitution. 2) Laws made by Indian Parliament after the commencement of our constitution. These two sets of laws shall be in force without affecting any rights in Part III of the constitution and any part of the constitution. That means is a GREAT DEVIDE which won’t allow any law to abridges or derogatory or takes away any a single provisions of the constitution then such law become void. So the Rule of Law means IT IS THE RULE OF CONSTITUTION LAW not all laws or above said two sets of law and also judge made law. ………..FOLLOWS
