The insured persons should I have enrolled with the employees state insurance corporation underpaid their contribution for a minimum period of 2 years and should have contributed to the employee state insurance corporation not less than 78 days during each of the preceding four contribution periods. public interest litigation as come before honorable justices satyanarayana and nirmal Kumar and the petitioner party in person advocate argued through teleconferencing and the judges issued notice to ESIC and adjourned case to 4 weeks
