issuance of legal heirship certificate in respect of his mother as even the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 came into force only in the year 1969, prior to which, the registration of death was not mandatory. Admittedly, the petitioner is aged about 78 years old and his father died in the year 1951 and therefore, insisting upon the production of the death certificate for the said period is wholly impermissible.

While re-consideration, the respondent is directed to take note of the observations made hereinabove that GST will not be included in the turnover in any of the GST returns.  This is because the definition of the turnover under the GST Law, it has been clearly spelt out that the turnover will not include all the taxes.
