அப்போது நீதிபதி என் செந்தில்குமார் மாநகராட்சி தொடர்பான வழக்குகளில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வழக்கறிஞர்கள் முறையாக ஆஜராக வேண்டும், இல்லையென்றால் உரிய துறை அதிகாரிகளின் பதிலை பெற்று மற்ற அரசு வழக்கறிஞர்கள் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும், இதில் மெத்தனமாக இருக்கக் கூடாது,
இதனால் அரசுக்குத்தான் வருவாய் இழப்பு ஏற்படும்,
ஆஜராகமால் இருப்பதை எளிதில் கடந்து சென்று விட முடியாது என்று தெரிவித்தார்.
அப்போது நேரில் ஆஜராகி யிருந்த கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர் ககன்தீப்சிங் பேடி , இதுகுறித்து அனைத்து மாநகராட்சிகளுக்கும் உரிய சுற்றறிக்கை அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும்,
உரிய அறிவுறுத்தல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.
உயர் நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுகள் முறையாக பின்பற்றப்படும் என தெரிவித்தார்.
இதை பதிவு செய்துகொண்ட நீதிபதி,
நேரில் ஆஜரவதிலிருந்து அனைவருக்கும் விலக்கு அளித்து உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.
