Full order of THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE R. MAHADEVAN Writ Petition No. 12303 of 2021 and. this court is of the opinion that without any complaint, the act of the disciplinary committee being quasi judicial authority, to recommend for imposition of punishment on the petitioner, that too, without providing any opportunity to him, is wholly unjustified and the same is liable to be set aside.
