2.Still we are having old generation Advocates who are not acquainted with the computer operation.

Cases can be listed in as much as the Learned Judge likely to complete for the day.
2.In most of the Courts fresh admission cases consumes most of the time. Just like Supreme Court the fresh admission cases may be restricted to a particular days of the week.
3.Longer hearing batch cases may be heard on Saturdays.
[12/27, 04:24] Tt Vasu: Further the Learned Judges when adjourn the can adjourn the cases to a particular date instead of adjourning the cases by a week or weeks.
Advantage.
1.The case will appear on that particular date.
2.Posting clerk can not take advantage when adjournment by a particular date is assigned.
3.It is open to us insist the Registry to post the case on the case is adjourned to a particular dare.
