[7/16, 13:03] Sekarreporter 1: W.P.No.8664 of 2020. Writ Petition filed by N.Natarajan, Chief Engineer of Commissionerate of Municipal Administration challenging the order deputing him to Chennai Corporation and deputing Pugalendi from Chennai Corporation was listed today before Hon’ble Mr.Justice N.Parthiban. Counsel appearing for the Corporation informed the Court that on 01.07.2020 the Hon’ble High Court has instructed the respondent’s counsels not to proceed further in the matter. Mr. L.Chandrakumar has appeared for Pugalendi and informed the Court that on 30.06.2020 itself his client was relieved from the post of Chief Engineer in the office of Commissionarate of Municipal Administration. The case was posted to 07.08.2020 for further hearing. Senior Counsel Mrs Hema Sampath appeared for the Petitioner.
