If the respondent-Police failed to consider such representations within the time, the parties will have to spend the collected money for filing appropriate petitions seeking permission from the Court to conduct such festival, which makes the parties to run from pillar to post to get appropriate remedy and in case this  happens in future, the Investigating Officer, who received the representation will have to bear the expenses for conducting such Temple festivals.  6.               With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
