- BREAKING Tamil Nadu’s Advocate General Vijay Narayan informs #MadrasHighCourt Chief Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari and Justice G. Arul Murugan that DVAC has registered a FIR today with respect to the cash for jobs complaint in the Municipal Administration and Water Supply department during K.N. Nehru’s tenure. Chief Justice wonders how can the FIR be registered when the previous Advocate General P.S. Raman had given an undertaking to the court, during the hearing of a contempt plea, that no coercive action will be taken till the next hearing.
