Madras HC refuses to lift the restraining order on YouTuber Maridass from publishing any videos against News18. Further it refuses to vacate its order to remove contentious videos against News18 channel. When it was pointed out that Maridas has not removed the videos in spite of HC order, the court directed News18 to file a separate petition for contempt. Matter stands posted to 25th August.
