To guarantee these the constitution kept independent judiciary from the Executive and legislature. further our constitution defined the powers of president, prime minister, vice- president, council of ministers, parliament and also respective states authorities, except the powers of judiciary and judges, for them the constitution simply defined as TO RENDER IMPARTIAL JUSTICES the courts and judges are holds power to any extent. The Indian judiciary is not only laid with the principles of external independent with other organs but also internal independent.it means courts is common entity for judges and advocates but advocates are kept independent from the control of judges or advocates are unpaid officers of courts and also given common dress codes for both in view of boldly to speak laws in courts, in court hall both judges and advocates are controlled by constitution to uphold itself inorder to control or restrain other wings of government from violating the constitution. this checks and balances in the judiciary got spoiled and turned into judiciary means only judges not the courts and advocates, both become subordinate to them, which is resulted in BAR and BENCH relation lost in trust and confidence. this is because of both judges and lawyers for varies reasons ( we will discuss later). Therefore ensuring justices to citizens is paramount duty than any other business in governance of state.Justice is not mere fulfillment of laws, it should be evolved from the laws made by parliament with that of the constitutional obligations……… DAILY TAIL NEWS IN CURRENT SCENARIO: Human rights violation predominantly happening in police station in our state than in any other states in India.Therefore in every police station there is necessary to appoint an officer called HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION OFFICER .
