POINTERS ON CIRCULATION OF LETTER THROUGH E-FILING:
1) Draft your letter and serve it to opposite counsel if any , through his email asking him to give you an acknowledgement of same over email.
2) Thereafer, save the mail sent and acknowledgment received in .PDF format along with .PDF format of letter in the order that letter will be your first page followed by mail sent and acknowledgment.
3) Go to E filing and click on tab additional documents and put the dairy number of matter in which letter is to be circulated and upload ur letter file and submit it by making payment of minimum ₹18/-.
4) Thereafter also mail the same to mention.sc@sci.nic.in and also to adreg.blnachary@sci.nic.in
