  The Bail application filed by the husband of TV serial actress Chitra came up for hearing before his Lordship Mr Justice V. Bharathidasan.Ms. M Prabhavathi Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State .The accused pressed for bail that the statutory period is over and the accused is in judicial custody for the past 60 days . The Prosecutor informed the court that the nails clip analysis DNA report are still pending and the telephone analysis is also sent to the forensic department and the same is very crucial . The Prosecutor requested the matter by two days.The court recorded the same and posted the matter to 15.02.2021.
