Her Lordships Mrs.Justice Anitha Sumanth and His Lordship Mr. Justice Kumarappan had ordered Notice and directed the Standing Counsel for the Madurai Corporation Mr.K.K.Kannan to file his counter affidavit by 8.12.2025 and had posted the matter on the said date for further hearing.
