THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN Crl.O.P.Nos.20088,20135 and 20406 of 2022 It is unfortunate and sorry state of affairs that the teachers who teach the students are facing threat from their students and their respective parents. It is very unfortunate that the petitioners are now been arrested and under imprisonment for advising the students to study well. Even as per the suicidal note, there is no evidence to show that the petitioners instigated the deceased to commit suicide soon before her death. கோயில்களின் மீதான அறநிலைய துறை செலுத்தும் அதிகாரத்தினை எதிர்த்து, திரு.சுப்ரமணிய சுவாமி தொடந்த வழக்கு இன்று உச்ச நீதி மன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. இவ்வழக்கை விசாரித்த உச்சநீதி மன்றம் தமிழக அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் வழங்கிட ஆணை பிறப்பித்தது. மேலும் அனைத்து ஜாதியினரும் அர்ச்சகர் ஆகலாம் என்ற தமிழக அரசின் முடிவிற்கு எதிரான இந்த வழக்கில் தமிழக அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் வழங்கிடவும் ஆணை பிறப்பித்தது. Today the writ petition filed by Agri horticultural society rep by Krishnamurthy came up for hearing before Hon’ble Justice Anand Venkatesh. P. Wilson appearing for 3rd Respondent Bhuvanesh Kumar who is impleaded as per orders of Supreme Court submitted that about 110 grounds worth more than 500 crore value of property has been given in golden platters by District collector in charge in the last dispensation who was not competent to decide on title .

Wilson appearing for 3rd Respondent Bhuvanesh Kumar who is impleaded as per orders of Supreme Court submitted that about 110 grounds worth more than 500 crore value of property has been given in golden platters by District collector in charge in the last dispensation who was not competent to decide on title .
