After hearing learned Senior Counsel, we are not inclined to interfere or pass any order mainly for the reason that the issue on which the debate is said to have surfaced in public platform is pending
consideration before the Supreme Court.
2. At this stage learned Senior Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition on the statement that the petitioner intends to approach the Supreme Court.
