He was nerated the outstanding and outspoken contribution of JAINS’ in the presence of ACJ that too at MADURAI Streching from RAJESTHAN. But his Lordship is well aware that the JAINS were all over WEST ASIA, MIDDLE ASIA SOUTH ASIA AND EAST ASIA. His Lordship always will speak with timly attractions with humour.His spoke about SANGAM EPICS and POST SANGAM LITERATURE. I am witnessing his Lordship as MODERN THIRUVALLUVAR of this century in shaping the BAR members and of Justice delivery method is highly inspiring. He was oracious reader as well as learner and path maker cum modern outlook. His Lordship words about digitalisation of justice system is required to adopt by the members of bar. [12/7, 02:03] Sivaji: (2) MMSJ:The main theme of his Lordship about access to justice to all in accessing TECHNOLOGY. He himself is also a outstanding TAMIL laureates and limited keen speaker. His Lordship historical speech on CONSTITUTION DAY to justice access as fundamental rights as confered by APEX COURT. But his Lordship should have to consider the disability of DISTANCE to access the SUPREME COURT at four corners of india. That’s not attained even after 72 years of Constitution though the CONSTITUTION is well provided. These aspects needs to consider his Lordship in near future or allow the bar members virtually to access the supreme court without COR with TECHNOLOGY. His Lordship expressed the future system of administration of justice and everything centered around the word JUSTICE with which our Constitution revolves and it will continue with everlasting. This memorable speech by our friendly justice about MADURAI high court as best performing court in India. In India many states have more than one high court. It shows the justice delivery system become too close access like wise it needs of access the apex court to meet the justice as enshrined in our PREAMBLE. He also expressed that the LAW DAY turned into CONSTITUTION DAY and importance of farmers of our Constitution took great effort to draft this instruments in Long March of 2years 11months 18 days to bring this role model instruments which suitable to many centuries.
