- Judge Nirmal kumar/A 13-year-old girl studying in Class VIII was subjected to aggravated sexual assault by a gang of more than 12 of whom six were juvenile offenders aged between 16 and 17 years. All the six juvenile offenders were school dropouts. One of the nine adults was a college student pursuing fashion designing. The victim child became pregnant because of their cruel act and gave birth to a baby boy on May 15, 2025. However, the newborn died within three days of birth.
