It is elaborately written with deep analysis and consideration. It appears Judge might have taken all efforts and strained herself to give this good order, which saves an honest police officer.
Infact I was not happy while earlier an order was passed by single Judge directing CBI to enquire the allegation against Mr.Pon Manickavel who was certified by Division Bench of our High Court as an efficient, honest police officer with integrity. Now error has been set right.
