The lands belongs to a 81 years old farmer suffering from lungs disease now , on request of Govt allowed allowed fishermen folks to stay in his lands after tsunami washed their huts but later these fishermen conducted road roll during Kancheepuram bye elections in 2013 and govt officials kidnapped landowners family and registered the property in the name of State of Tamil Nadu rep by Governor of Tamil Nadu .

13 years legal battle against this illegal act and now won by the farmer family .

The District collector Chengalpet is now directed to pay compensation at market price as of mentioned in sale deeds executed in 2013 with 200% compensation to the land owners .

The Hon’ble judge observed it is clear case of forceful Acquisation of land and land owners should be 200% compensated with 12% pa interest on the amount from 2013 .
