Justice Venkatesh expressed gratitude to Association President *Mr. M. Dhamodharan* for his unwavering support since the beginning of his career. Justice Venkatesh redefined human rights beyond physical violations, warning that *Artificial Intelligence now supplants independent human thinking*.
Through social media algorithms, *AI manufactures consensus* by repeating biased opinions 15+ times, through different forms. Compelling users to adopt others’ views as their own.
*“The biased mind cannot think properly; only the unbiased, independent thinker makes sound decisions,”* he emphasized.
AI’s manipulation threatens *human evolution itself*.

*Technology’s Assault on Relationships & Women*

The judge highlighted *technology-enabled betrayals — capturing and weaponizing intimate moments for social media humiliation* — as *The next big human rights violation, disproportionately affecting women*.
*Preconceived gender biases are amplified* through AI-generated deepfake content.
Women bear *triple burdens — household duties, childcare, spousal care, and career demands* — while stressing that *men must support rather than judge*.
*“If this happened to my daughter, what would I do?”* Justice Venkatesh challenged, noting how deleted content could replicate even faster.
