Justice G.R. Swaminathan of #MadrasHighCourt says, yesterday, a court bailiff, who went to serve summons on the DVAC director A. Arun, was made to wait in the latterās office for two hours between 3:05 pm and 5:15 pm. The judge summons the police officerās staff who made the bailiff wait for so long. Till then, the case is passed over. The staff, who made the bailiff wait, must appear before the court today itself, the visibly angry judge insists. Though Mr. Arun appeared in person today and Government Counsel R. John Sathyan attempted to make some submissions, the judge refused to hear them until the staff concerned appears before the court. @THChennai Backgrounderš
