Nos. 1244 of 2026, 1245 of 2026 and 1246 of 2026* – The above applications came up for hearing before Hon’ble Mr. Justice Senthil Kumar Ramamoorthy on 30.06.2026. The modification applications filed by the Applicants and the application seeking extension of time filed by the Respondent were taken up for consideration. Upon hearing the parties, the Hon’ble Court directed the Observers to verify the accounts and all relevant documents pertaining to the liabilities and creditors before the release of the movie. The Observers were also granted liberty to approach this Court with their report or seek further directions, if required within 15 days. Accordingly, the Court extended the time for the release of the movie by 31/7/2026 subject to the verification of the accounts and supporting documents by the Observers prior to its release.
