Justice G.K. Ilanthiraiyan of #MadrasHighCourt dismisses a petition filed DMK MLA P.K. Sekarbabu to quash a FIR registered against him following an altercation between him and TVK Harbour constituency candidate Sinora PS Ashok during the election campaign on April 23, 2026. Judge says he is not convinced with any of the grounds raised for quashing the FIR. He also says that no prima facie case has been made out for quashing the FIR and that he shall detailed orders shortly.
