1. Code on Wages (Central) Rules, 2026.
2. Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026.
3. Industrial Relations (Central) Rules, 2026.
4. Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026.

The Basic Salary must be 50% or more of the total remuneration, this will result in reduction of ‘take-home salary’.
2. Social Security Code:
Workers in the unorganised sector, majority of the Indian workforce are not covered under these rules.
3. Industrial Relations Code:
Companies with up to 300 employees no longer need Govt permission for layoffs. Previously, this limit was 100 employees.
4. Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Code:
Accidents in workplace can be settled through monetary payments instead of criminal prosecution.
