ORDER In the case on hand, the old Assembly is no longer is in existence, as the term of office has come to an end and fresh elections were held for the 16th Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly on 06.04.2021, in which the applicant has been elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly, representing No.215, Tiruchendur Constituency. In the light of the decision in P.H.Pandian case, the Election Petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Hence, question No.2 is answered accordingly.
