I love the way judiciary tackles government. Judiciary is smart. They don’t get carried away with emotions. They don’t have the pressure of people judging them in the never election.
They are here to stay. They know this. In a country like ours it is important the judiciary keeps its cool as well as its authority intact.
Yes, justice will be delayed and hence denied. But, we have to blame ourselves as a society and judiciary cannot be made solely responsible for the delay in justice.
The more and more i see the way judges carry on themselves when they are allegedly out to stress, rather attempt to put at stress, they are cool as cucumber. 100 Dhonis they are.
I am not saying judiciary is a saint. If i do that i will be not correct. But i am saying, as a system judiciary is well prepared. They refine and then evolve.
They know, governments only stays for 5 years at Max before they will be judged by the subjects of the country. They know that are here to serve people than to government.
I wish the bureaucracy also understands this and stop being servants to politicians but setvanta to the country.

[09/12, 20:26] Sekarreporter: நீதித்துறை அருமை. அரசாங்கத்தை எப்படி கையாளுகிறது என்பதை பார்க்கும்போது எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடிக்கும். நீதித்துறை புத்திசாலி. அவர்கள் உணர்ச்சிகளால் திசைதிருப்பப்படுவதில்லை. தேர்தலில் மக்கள் தீர்ப்பளிப்பதற்கான அழுத்தம் அவர்களுக்கு இல்லை. அவர்கள் இங்கேயே இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். நம் நாட்டைப் போன்ற ஒரு நாட்டில், நீதித்துறை அதன் அமைதியையும் அதிகாரத்தையும் நிலைநிறுத்துவது மிகவும் முக்கியம். ஆமாம், நீதி தாமதமாகும், எனவே மறுக்கப்படும். ஆனால், நாம் ஒரு சமுதாயமாக நம்மை நாமே குறை கூற வேண்டும், நீதித்துறையை மட்டும் நீதி தாமதத்திற்கு முழுக்குப் பொறுப்பேற்க முடியாது. நீதிபதிகள் மன அழுத்தத்திற்கு உள்ளாகும்போது அவர்கள் எப்படி அமைதியாக இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பதைப் பார்க்கும்போது, அவர்கள் டோனி போன்றவர்கள். நீதித்துறை ஒரு சாதுவானது என்று நான் சொல்லவில்லை. அவ்வாறு கூறினால் நான் சரியாக இருக்க மாட்டேன். ஆனால், ஒரு அமைப்பாக நீதித்துறை நன்கு தயாராக உள்ளது என்று நான் கூறுகிறேன். அவர்கள் தங்களை மேம்படுத்திக் கொண்டு பரிணாம வளர்ச்சி அடைகிறார்கள். அரசாங்கங்கள் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் இருக்காது என்பதை அவர்கள் அறிவார்கள், அதற்கு முன் அவர்கள் நாட்டின் குன் மக்களால் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்பது அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். மக்களுக்கு சேவை செய்வதற்காகவே அவர்கள் இங்கே இருக்கிறார்கள் என்பது அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியும்
