Learned Counsel for Petitioner B. Jagannath stated that in these circumstances Co ordinate Division Bench judgements will not be applicable as Learned Supreme Court has stated in an identical matter involving- Shree Banke Bihari temple – that a committee has to be formed to abolish special Darshan and VIP Queue system & accordingly report has been filed by said committee before the Honourable Apex Court in this aspect last week in May. Hence the same is squarely applicable to present case.
