The seniority list in the post of Senior Draughtsman can be prepared only on the basis of date of entry of the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 in the said cadre, but not by taking into consideration the initial appointment in the cadre of Draughtsman. 7. Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
