Answers to the Issues : In view thereof, the various findings of the Trial Court Court jointly in respect of the issues No. 1 to 4 is set aside and it is answered that the suit is barred by limitation and therefore consideration of the plaintiffs’ case on merits does not arise and the ultimate decision of the Trial Court in dismissing the suit is affirmed. The Result: In the result :           (i) The Appeal Suit in A.S.
