In view thereof, this Criminal Revision Case is partly allowed on the following terms, (i) The conviction of the petitioner for the offences under Section 279, 337 of the IPC (19 counts), 338 of the IPC (22 counts), and 304(A) of IPC (8 counts), shall stand confirmed.
