Bharathidasan.Ms. M Prabhavathi Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State represented that the Nail clip analysis has come and there isn’t any evidence significant incriminating the accused. The accused pressed for bail that the statutory period is over and the accused is in judicial custody. The court recorded the same and granted statutory bail since the accused is in judicial custody for over 60 days with a condition that the accused should appear before the Madurai Annanagar Police station twice daily.
