Prayer: To vacate the order of interim injunction dated 23rd July 2024 and to dismiss
the present writ petition with exemplary costs and pass such further or other orders
as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
case and thus render justice.
ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner had alleged that the fourth respondent in the writ petition had
installed electric poles on the banks of water bodies without getting prior permission.
Recording the said submission, we had granted an order of interim injunction on
23.07.2024. To vacate the same, this writ miscellaneous petition has been filed.
