The trial court had taken enormous time for completion of the injunction application. The case was referred to mediation by Justice Bharathi Dasan however they where unable to come to any solution. Therefore the matter was referred back to court and it was heard today. During the arguments Justice Bharathi Dasan questioned the counsel for Prasad studio as to why they have denied access to him and the why the demand made by Mr Ilayaraja to access the premises for sometime Was not considered. Taking into account the fact that he was there using the premises for almost 40 years. And further directed that the trial court should decide the application of injunction filed by Mr Ilaiyaraaja and dispose it up within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
