2. In view of the above, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.
3. The parties, viz., the petitioner/A1, A2 and the second respondent, are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 13.07.2026 without fail.
4. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre is directed to conclude the mediation proceedings on or before 17.08.2026 and submit its report to this
Court.
5. The Registry is directed to list the case before this Court on
17.08.2026 along with the mediation report.
6. Till then, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial
Court is dispensed with.
