UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R List this matter in the week commencing from 15.09.2025.

SYNOPSIS
1. The present petition has been filed under Article 32 of
the Constitution of India, against the the Notice dated
16.04.2025 and Information Bulletin dated 17.04.2025
(hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘Impugned
Notice’) issued by the Respondent No.2 regarding the
conduct of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test
(NEET) – PG- 2025-26. The said impugned notification
has been issued in contravention of the directions of this
Hon’ble Court in the National Legal Services Authority
(NALSA) v Union of India (2014) 5 SCC 438
(NALSA). The Petition seeks the quashing of the
impugned admission Notice dated 16.04.2025 and the
Information Bulletein dated 17.04.2025
issued
thereunder as being violative of Article 14, 15, 19(1)(a)
and 21 of the Constitution of India and in contravention
of directions of this Hon’ble Court in NALSA (supra).
Vide the present Petition, the Petitioners also seek
direction from this Hon’ble Court to further direct the
Respondents to issue a fresh admission notice which
provides compartmentalised horizontal reservation to the
Petitioners/for transgender persons by reserving 1% of
seats for transgender persons in each vertical category
and for an ad-interim stay on the admission notice dated
16.04.2025, during the pendency of the present petition.
It is stated that the Impugned admission Notice also
violates Article 144 of the Constitution of India.
