argued the matter. After hearing detail arguments of all side, Hon’ble justice Nirmal Kumar had reserved the case for order. In the said matter today it was posted for orders and the Hon’ble court had accepted the arguments putforth by Mr.A.Natarajan and thereby allowed the quash petition infavour of EPS and OPS.
