The Hon’ble Chief justice expressed his opinion to Senior Advocate Mr. s. The learned Senior Counsel also suggested that a committee may be constituted for dealing with these grievances at district level and the Hon’ble Court expressed that the same is being done.

Conceding to the opinion of the Hon’ble Chief Justice senior advocate Mr S Prabakaran withdrew the batch of writ petitions and the Hon’ble Court, on the request of the learned Senior Counsel granted the liberty to agitate things afresh at a later point of time, if any new issue arises.
